Shipping & Return
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. You will also receive a tracking link whereby you can track your order till it is delivered to your doorstep.
Every order will be dispatched within 2 business days and will be delivered to the delivery address within a maximum of 3-4 working days for all major locations. For Other locations not easily serviceable by major courier services it may take upto 5-7 days for orders to be delivered.
Any change in delivery address will not be taken into account once order has been placed.
We at Uppeel value our customers and to provide a comfortable checkout and order delivery experience orders will be delivered within the estimated delivery date mentioned after placing the order. However due to any unforeseen circumstances any delay or issue in delivery will be communicated to the customer via SMS or registered email address at the earliest.
Prepaid orders are free of shipping charges, however if you opt for Cash On Delivery(COD) you would have to pay an additional shipping cost of RS100/-
We send out our packages with utmost care and love in corrugated boxes with product(s) wrapped in honeycomb paper.
In the current stage we only ship within India but we are working on building an international shipping network.
All Products sold on our website are final, We will accept returns only if the product is defective and claimed to be damaged by our quality control team.
We do not accept returns without a valid reason and further verification.
In order to maintain the quality and safety of our customers we do not accept returns of used or opened products,
Every query raised will be subjective and dealt on an individual case basis.
Incase of issues in shipping and receiving the incorrect or incomplete order , we would require images of the incorrect/ incomplete order that was received. The correct order will only be sent after verifying these order details. This must be notified to the customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If such an issue is reported after this time window has elapsed We cannot guarantee a favorable response.
